[[Crazed Cultist Idiot]]s are mostly naked Cultists found in North-West [[Eltibule]]. Only one will appear at a time, and can spawn as either a [[Human]] or [[Elven]] hostile. They also spawn inside the [[Dark Chapel]], as common hostiles along the tunnels.
