The [[Winter Nexus]] is located on a different plane of existence than [[Alharth]] is. This Nexus is one of many Nexuses (a dimensional pocket) that exist between the worlds. This particular Nexus is being used by the [[Winter Court]] to search for and capture the [[Summer Court]] Fae based in [[Sun Vale]]. A group of Summer and [[Spring Court]] Fae are hiding out in the dungeon, alongside a Rakshasa.
In order to gain access to the dungeon, you must defeat the [[The Thorn of Decay Boss]].
