Regeneration In and Out of Combat
==Regeneration In and Out of Combat==
The first time you use the '''/sit''' emote the game will inform you that sitting down doesn't increase the rate that you get health or power back. To accelerate your out-of-combat regeneration, you'll want to find various foods, drinks and snacks.

One of the earliest such foods that the player will come across is eating the porridge (?) from the bucket in the tutorial cave. This gives new players a nice little boost to help them with the first foes.

The next common type of regenerative food that new players will come across, is the '''Mogyar Cheese'''. This cheese drops from Giant Rats. New players learn to tame a rat in the [[Tutorial Cave]] with the cheese, however the cheese can also be eaten as it is (it also sells for a good amount at NPC merchants, should the need arise).

(about regeneration available from skills such as Mentalism, note that it is quite low like 4 Health every 4 seconds)
(about regeneration available from potions, few time limited poitions can regenerate health in-combat, they are highly priced)
Interestingly if you "mezz" a creature for long enough (eg. [[Psychology|Tell Me About Your Mother]], the "In combat" indicator will disappear and one tick (?) of out of combat regeneration will happen, even though the creature is still aggressive.
