Summary
While you were angling on the north end of Sun Vale's main island, a strange voice begged you to remove some of the starfish feeding on the local fish egg population.

To start this quest, angle at the north end of Sun Vale main island.

“MY EGGS! THEY'RE EATING THEM! Starfish are eating my eggs. What are you doing, save them! Stop this madness!
