You have to find a '''Creepy Mushroom somewhere northwest of Serbule''' and ask to be teleported to the cave. The cave is home to '''many strong creatures so it is suggested to have a group or good gear''' if you want to explore it solo. You will be able to find Myconians through the tunnels near the spawn area. It is suggested to pull them 1 at a time if you are not that strong. After you have defeated 12 of them, head back to Mushroom Jack and claim your rewards, congratulations!
