Training
Rugen teaches and trains Sushi Preparation (starting at Friends). In addition he unlocks progression for Levels 51-60 in Fishing (at Comfortable), although the January 22 patch notes indicate this is temporary, and also unlocks 51-60 for Butchering (at ?) and Skinning (at Comfortable).
