Jesina asked for some Pick-Me-Up Juice.

To start this quest, talk to Jesina in Eltibule. You need to have Saved Sarina before you can obtain this quest.
Preface
“Sarina has been so unhappy since she came home. I know time is what she needs now, but maybe chemicals can speed the process up!
Can you get me some Pick-Me-Up Juice? It's an old alchemy recipe that puts a smile on your face for a while.
