Sharpen
A thin tube full of liquid. Apparently you jab it into your skin to use it -- a horrific idea that only a mantis could dream up. Sharpen is supposedly not addictive.
For 15 minutes, all non-basic attacks made with fists, feet, claws, teeth, or similar body parts deal +20 damage.
