Summary
While angling near the town of Povus, a mysterious voice contacted you and asked for your help. Apparently "ghost bass" are causing havoc among the local fish and need to be removed. They can only be caught at night.
Prerequisites
To start this quest, angle by the town of Povus.
Preface
“Welcome to my home, friend of nature. I am a sea treant and you are welcome here. But I could use your help. My homewater is overrun with ghost bass. They eat all the food, and then fade away at dawn, taking the food with them! Even worse, I am psychic and can feel their angst. These fish were maimed and tortured to death! They suffer. You must help them, and us. Please! The ghosts only come out at night.
