You perceive me? Intriguing. Who gave you this gift? The gift of sight beyond sight?

I'm not sure what you're talking about. I lost some memories recently...

No matter. What is it you seek from me?

Are you a ghost?

Hah! No, I have simply projected my appearance into your realm from a distant one. I keep this projetion active because it is easier to maintain it than to recreate it. But I rarely use it these days. I am available for consultation by the other Councilmembers, but my present concerns lie far beyond Statehelm. Or indeed Alharth.

I see. Well, I won't keep you. Goodbye.

I was just exploring. Goodbye.

Wyn Dovaran

The realm I inhabit is connected to your realm via the Fae Realm. That's how it often is: the Fae Realm acts as a sort of way-station connecting other realms.

So to communicate with you, my projection must inhabit three separate realms at once! Quite a feat, if I do say.

Wyn Dovaran

You see only one realm, but dozens of others whisper beyond it -- perhaps hundreds -- perhaps countless other realms! And some of these realms contain countless worlds within themselves!

I'm on a quest to find new ways to travel between these places. And I've had some modest success already.

Wyn Dovaran

The cross-realm projection you're speaking to now is an extremely difficult spell, with an incredible cost. I would like to teach other Councilmembers how to perform this feat, but they're too engrossed in their own unique studies.

It's a potent spell but there are side-effects, unfortunately: the person you see is a projection of how I imagine myself, not now I truly am. And I see you as you see yourself! That is why I immediately trusted you a bit.
