Mortimer was a Necromancer who first attempted to conquer Serbule Keep with a series of invasions during Halloween 2014. Following his crippling defeat, Mortimer appeared yet again summoned by the Necromantic Alter during Halloween 2015. How exactly Mortimer ended up in the realm the alter became linked to is unknown.
