Specifically, you need Close Friends favor. In the keep a few friendly goblins will trade swords and shields.

• Preventing a Predictable Problem : Kill 5 Gnasher Matriarchs. Note: as of writing the maps are not always aligned, so when Hogan says "west", the waterfall is actually east of his castle, on the minimap. Gnashers are dinosaur-like creatures.
