Hulon the Hoarder is the resident banker of Serbule Keep. He offers Storage which can be expanded by buying vault slots at increasingly higher prices. Note that gaining favor with Hulon does not reduce the cost of vault slots.

A Item-Transfer chest can also be found in the Serbule Bank. This lets Prodigies transfer 8 items at a time to alternative personas. (Other characters on your account).
