Summary
While angling in a lake in northeast Povus, you encountered a voice that asked you to remove some of the aggressive frogs from the lake. These frogs can be caught with angling at dusk, and a little while after. (7pm-8pm)
Prerequisites
To start this quest, angle by the lake in northeast Povus.

“They come at night! The froooooggggsss! It's just too much! As a sovereign independent psychic insect lord I demand you aid my swampy kingdom. Please? The frogs come out at dusk and they leave a while after. Come on. Do a bug a favor.

- Angle Povus Frog x5.
