To start this quest, you need to be Friends with Joeh.

Guide
Joeh asks you to kill Old Fangsworth, a tiger roaming north of Serbule. Old Fangsworth is a boss geared towards low leveled players, so act accordingly. If you are too weak to solo him, try to find another person to help you! He may be hard to locate, but keep searching! Once you kill him, head back to Joeh and claim your rewards. Congratulations!
