Summary
The river-ranalon have brought a horrible beast to town! Kill it before it destroys us all!
(To receive a reward, make sure that you personally help defeat the Boss enemy.)
Prerequisites
To start this quest, 6 tiers of Povus Safety quests must be completed. 16 characters can then interact with the Town Status Board to start this Capstone Quest.
