Selphie teaches the Retail Management skill. Having that skill, allows a player to rent one of the vendor-stalls in the Keep. A player can place items in the vendor-stall that she wants to sell to other players and set the price for those items.
She also offers some conversation options that aid in the management of your player owned shop.
- If you leave a note for a shop-owner, that shop-owner has the option to reply to you. Selphie offers a way to read the replies from show-owners to you.
- After a shop closes, Selphie offers some options to do some post-shop clean-up help.

- Just inside the entrance of Serbule Keep's Keep. She is dressed in a bright yellow dress.
Training
- Retail Management
- Selphie has two options to learn the skill. If you already have the Industry skill to level 25 or above, she can teach you Retail Management for a reduced price.
- If you lack the required Industry skill, Selphie offers you to teach you Retail Management for 19600
