The Statehelm Mint is NOT in game yet. Purchased s can be resold to Hulon or used as favor for George Madler in Eltibule.
The Statehelm Mint is a Council bank found in Statehelm that issues s.
It is assumed that Councils, Walls (tenth of a Council), and Screeds (20 Councils) are minted here and distributed into circulation around Alharth.
