I could really use some help getting caught up on things. Could you assemble and deliver 10,000 Basic Arrows? I would really appreciate it!"

To start this quest, talk to Jopol in the Red Wing Casino. This quest is available at Fletching level 13. This quest is only available during a Crafting Caravan event.
