Summary
Ricatu in Povus said, "Milking non-sentient cows is exploitation! Or I think it might be -- this morality thing is hard. And there aren't really enough sentient cows to go around.
Anyway, I want to try this fake milk I've been hearing about. I'll teach you the recipe if you don't know it. I picked it up from a dead goat."

To start this quest, talk to Ricatu in Povus. The quest is available during the Fall Harvest.
