Summary
Exterminate 5 tigers and return to Joeh. Tigers can be found northeast of Serbule.

Preface
“Welcome to town. A fellow swordsman, eh? Did you know that being a swordsman is more than just swinging the sword? There's a whole other dimension! I could teach you, but ... well, I don't know if you're ready.
What's this technique?
Prove your worth first and then I'll tell you. We've have a huge number of tigers show up near the docks northeast of town. Velkort said they're flowing in from another dimension or some ridiculous thing... but all I know is they're dangerous. Go kill them and come back. Oh, but I do have some armor and supplies for sale if you need them.
