Jesina is a fairy merchant who sells a range of very useful items. She has a full selection of Armor Patch Kits as well as First Aid Kits which are all available after completing a few errands for her (no need to make a lot of gits).

There is a garden in front of her with a convenient body of water nearby for the Gardening skill. She sells Bottles of Water but not much else for garderners.

There is a teleportation circle nearby.

She lives east of Eltibule Keep, past the bridge (yellow looking bridge on the minimap).
