“You know how every kind of crystal has certain magical attunements? Well, lapis lazuli is attuned to alchemy. It has many uses for empowering potions. And I'm fresh out. Get me some?

Rewards
Guide
You can obtain Lapis Lazuli through the Surveying skill or buy them from other players or certain NPC shops where other players have sold it to. Note: If you want to go the Surveying route, but never have learned it yet, you will need to be Comfortable with Jaime Fatholm to get her to teach you. At level 15 Surveying, you can create Serbule Blue Mineral Surveys which can give you Lapis Lazulis. However, you may get them before level 15 while doing the level 5 Surveys through speed bonuses. For more information, visit the Surveying page. When you have 3 Lapis Lazulis, go back to Marna to complete the quest; congratulations!
