Don't hit me! I'm a talking pig, not a regular one!

While in Serbule, Norbert offers the chance to transform into a Cow.

Don't hit me! I'm a talking pig, not a regular one! I'm here to educate people about the plight of sentient animals. Can you spare a moment? I have an interesting offer for you.

What's the offer?

I want to let you become an animal for a little while -- Don't worry, I can change you back! Being an animal is the only to really understand how hard a sentient animal's life is.

Each year, thousands of animals are Awakened by mages to serve as familiars. And who knows how many other animals, like myself, become sentient due to freak magical accidents? Probably a lot. And we animals have no rights. None at all! We get mocked, mistreated, and shooed out of stores. Life is very hard. They are definitely up sides to being a pig, but I wish humans and elves would treat us a little better.

That's why I'm here: to turn you into an animal, and then turn you back, so you can really understand our plight.

What kind of animal would you turn me into?

I have a potion that will turn you into a cow. And... this is a little awkward... but as it happens, my potion will turn you into a female cow. Not that it matters, really, because all talking bovines have a rough life! When you're tired to being a cow, I have another potion that will change you back. Are you interested?

I was turned into a cow once. I already know how hard it is!
Oh! Really? Sorry, have I already met you? You bipeds all kind of look alike to me. *Ahem* anyway, I don't have to tell you how hard life is for a cow! Please help spread the word about the hardships of talking animals!
I have some questions first...
Of course! What's your question?
How long will the potion last?
The potion will last forever, unless it's canceled out by my other potion. But don't worry, I'll be here for a week, so you'll have plenty of time to explore being an animal in complete safety.
What if you leave and I get stuck as an animal forever?
Don't be silly! I'm a very trustworthy pig! And I promise I'll be here for plenty of time. But if you did somehow miss me, well... you'd be stuck as an animal. And you'd adapt, maybe even thrive! And you could even come live with us in Animal Town, I guess!
Where's Animal Town?
Crap... I probably shouldn't have mentioned our city. It's a secret! All I can say is that all sentient animals are welcome there.
Will I lose my intellect?
No. The potion will leave your brain intact. You'll have some trouble forming words because of your new animal mouth, but with practice you'll be able to speak just fine. Of course, animals don't have hands, so some things are impossible... but other possibilities open up instead.
Possibilities like what?
You'll just have to change and see!
Never mind, no more questions
I'm ready to become an animal.
Hell yes, cow-ify me!

Okay. Close your eyes and I'll splash this potion on you. It won't hurt at all. Ready?
