Charles Thompson sells rather... interesting potions that all have a downside.

Dimensional Folder : an odd potion that can either increase or decrease your inventory size for an hour, which is stackable.
Myconutmeg
Ruggedizer : Boosts maximum health by 40 for 30 minutes. Sounds great right? But there is also a "small chance" to turn into a pig permanently, and an Un-Pig Juice will cost you 100 times as much as this potion.
Life or Death Potion : Restores 200hp or deals 200 damage to the drinker.
Thunderclap Potion : Either increases all electrical damage dealt or causes all electrical attacks to deal 0 damage.
