A cult worshiping Gulagra is rumored to be living in a shrine or cave network hidden somewhere in the Eltibule region. Cultists are often spotted in the countryside, displaying the usual signs of Gulagra worship.

“I used my powers to shout to the gods. "I am here!" I knew they would come to fight me. And I knew I would lose. But I would die fighting gods. That's the best I can hope for, now. But in response to my scream, I heard The Worm. Gulagra. It screamed "He is mine!" Just that. What happens now? Gulagra's minions have been showing up here, but they don't want to fight me. They've just been excavating the tunnels, widening them. A few have come to see me, but they are gibbering madmen. I do not know what's happening.

Horrific creatures came today, minions of Gulagra. But I am now master of this tiny dominion. I've summoned my own defenders! While I could not kill all of the beasts, I was able to seal them away. If Gulagra wants me, he will need to send far better minions. Or come for me himself...

I have prepared a trap for Gulagra. I've invested some of my new power in a crystal of destruction. When the worm or its avatar shows up, it will utterly destroy them. It recharges so slowly that I fear it can only fire once before the battle will be over. But hopefully that will be enough.

The Scion of Discord is an Orc who serves as an Envoy of Gulagra. He was sent into the Dark Chapel to defeat Lord Sedgewick, but found himself sealed away.
Haridius The Exemplary
Haridius The Exemplary is a human necromancer, and minion of Gulagra. He was imprisoned in the depths of the Dark Chapel by Lord Sedgewick.
Warring Gods
In The Gods, XIV: Dale Renthian, Gulagra is described as having fought alongside Tast during his conflict with Dreva. The Gods, VIII: Gulagra reveals that Gulagra and Tast's friendship ended after this battle.

“The Legacy of Gulagra

Gulagra has weakened. That much is clear. And this is a good thing.
Gulagra is the embodiment of anarchy, so it should not be surprising that we have very poor records about it. The elven sage Tullanis wrote that Gulagra was born from old chaos golds that fought themselves to death, but if this is true, it was uncountable years ago. We also know that Gulagra and Tast were once allies, both reveling in war. But while Tast believes war should be organized and structured, Gulagra wants only chaos, and ultimately they parted ways after the battle with Dreva. After that, Gulagra focused on infiltrating city-states and destroying them from within. Even today, a leader that damages their city is said to be "Gulagra's Fool."
But now, Gulagra has weakened. How or why, we do not know. It has been more than a thousand years since Gulagra's favorite shape -- a huge pale worm -- have been seen. Its followers once gathered in vast cults, but now live in hidden places, clinging together to attempt to retain their sanity. They are no more dangerous than the wild beasts of this world.
But what happened to Gulagra's influence? Is Gulagra planning something? Can chaos gods plan at all? We will have to wait and see.
Councilwoman Irasce's notes: Gulagra is at least a class 2 nature spirit. I believe Gulagra is simply bored -- it is no longer excited by destruction on a small scale, or even destruction of small countries. It wishes for destruction on a scale beyond our ready comprehension. I believe Gulagra is extremely intelligent, and capable of creating complex plans. But I also believe Gulagra's influence on its followers slowly drives them mad, and quite visibly so, and it's hard for the gibberingly insane to carry out covert operations. Instead, these cultists are "merely" tremendous forces of direct destruction. We have little to fear from "Gulagra's Fools" infiltrating our cities anymore.
It goes without saying that worship of Gulagra is illegal, and is punishable by swift death for you and banishment for your family. If you see a Gulagra worshiper, report them immediately. Never attempt to communicate with them.
