Saltpeter is a very sought after ingredient, used in level 25+ Fire Magic Research. Saltpeter mines exist throughout Alharth, many worked by Goblin Clan slaves.
How to Obtain
- The Striga Shaman in Kur Tower can drop Fire Dust, Sulfur, and Saltpeter.
- All Yeti can drop Saltpeter.
- All wild creatures in the Kur Mountains can drop Saltpeter.
- Saltpeter nodes can be mined at Level 30 Mining. Nodes often spawn around the Gaz-Urak
- Saltpeter nodes can be mined at Level 30 Mining. These nodes can be encountered in the deepest part of the cave.
- Everything Else
- Many other mobs have a small chance to drop Saltpeter.
- Confirmed Mobs that Drop Saltpeter: Gnasher Matriach (~2-3%)
