I started a Fae character and I've been running through some quests.

This page needs some clean up, the last task I have to do is the hive portion, but some of this page appears to be outdated. Such as the learn fishing from NPC, when you can just pick up a crab, or learn butchering from X when you can just butcher something.

Perhaps this page was originally intended as a new Fae starting guide? I think such a guide would be a good thing, but it should be separate from the quest page itself.

Currently, my editing and play time is sporadic, but I'll try to finish the quest soon and get the page updated a bit. Feel free to modify and update the page if you wish to do so before I can get to it though. Cheers and enjoy Povus :D Ransel (talk) 22:44, 1 October 2021 (EDT)

Faeries get level 30 when they learn those new skills, if i recall correctly. Picking up a crab just gets you level 1. Also those objectives (e.g. learn fishing from Squidlips) do appear in the in-game quest log for this quest. --Alleryn (talk) 06:32, 2 October 2021 (EDT)

Hello :), I found this list of notes on the Fairy page towards the bottom. I think this is the info I was looking for when I was following the quest page. All the objectives are great and definitely belong in a guide of some sort, but I do not believe they are a part of the quest, but I'll know more when I finish the last objective that appears on the "a new life" quest in my in-game window. The only thing that appears left in the objectives of the in-game window is the "help the hive" objective, so I'm not sure yet if these other quests are referenced or not. Pegast's Armor Patching	- Armor Patching raised to Level 10.
Felmer's First Aid	- First Aid raised to Level 10.
Analyzing Chitin	- Pathology raised to Level 15.
Analyzing Antler	- Pathology raised to Level 30.
Crab Soup	- Fishing raised to Level 25.
Cleanse Sun Vale	- Skinning raised to Level 15.
More Cleansing	- Skinning raised to Level 30.
Rabid Deer	- Butchering raised to Level 15.
Sick Spiders	- Butchering raised to Level 30.
Shell Fragments	- Foraging raised to Level 20.
The Beauty in Seeds	- Nature Appreciation raised to Level 15.
The Beauty in Predation	- Nature Appreciation raised to Level 30.

If it helps, here is the json data associated with the quest (which is what Caleon's bot uses to construct the quest pages. As you can see, all these parts are objectives in this quest, so i would expect them to be added once you complete the Help the Hive quest:
