Horse thief events appear at 1 AM and 1 PM in game time and despawn 11 in game hours (55 real world minutes) after if not cleared by players.
These events spawn a number of horse thieves of different species depending on the area, and upon killing them will spawn a group of Wild Horses.

Note: There are no wild horses or horse thieves in Rahu.
