Horse Thieves

Horse Thieves are a set of activity quests which appear at 1 AM and 1 PM in-game time and despawn 11 in game hours (55 real world minutes) after if not cleared by players.
These events spawn a number of horse thieves of different species depending on the area, and upon killing the thieves, a group of Wild Horses will spawn.

North of the graveyard, on a hill just northwest of the giant hand
Serbule Hills
Eastern side of the map, south of the goblin territory
Horse Thieves (Eltibule)
Northwest of the Serbule portal
Sun Vale
On the southeastern island
Near the southern orc camps
Note: There are no wild horses or horse thieves in Rahu.
