Necromancy is control over the undead, along with other powers that trifle with mortality. To use necromantic abilities, you must be wielding or wearing a necromancy gem. You can often find these on weapons, and less often on pieces of armor. (If you are in a beast form, necromancy gems in weapons won't work, but ones in armor will.)

Note: the skill is a no-frills version, with a more elaborate set of systems "coming soon". Please report your impression of the skill plus any problems you see![1]

Necromancy is a skill that utilizes darkness and death to create servants as well as deal damage and steal the life-force of enemies. It is also required for the sub-skill of Corpse Talking.

To use necromantic abilities, you must be wielding or wearing an item that has the modifier "Enables Necromantic Abilities" known ingame as a "Necromancy Gem" on it. These are found on weapons, armour and actual offhand Necromancy Orbs used for this skill.

The skill makes heavy use of bones. Femurs can be acquired easily from most skeletons, through bonuses in use of the butchering skill, recovered from graves (See Corpse Talking) and Burial Urns. (In the future, Necromancers will have additional ways to get more bones.)<--(unknown if my addition here is said methods.)

You can only raise Skeleton Minions within graveyards. If you want to raise skeletons elsewhere, you'll need to make or find your own makeshift dynamic graveyard. Any location with three player tombstones in close proximity will allow you to raise Skeletons.

Advanced

Ability Learn From Req. Misc. Notes
Create Super Zombie(1-3) Azalak  ??? Azalak the mantis, a friendly mantis near a house north of Serbule Keep. Is an ability that buffs the Shambling Corpse's HP and makes it stronger at the cost of faster degradation via HP loss. Is maintainable regardless.
Free Summon Skeletal Archer(1-3) Sir Arif  ??? Raise a skeletal archer from death to serve you. Skeletal archers have long-distance attacks. (This version does not require a graveyard. It consumes one Impressive Humanoid Skull.) Special: can be placed on the side-bar. (Req. Comfortable or higher, to be confirmed)
Secret of the Spleen Recipe  ??? Buffs Power by 100.
