- Harvested from Scroll Nodes in the hostile section of Rahu. (estimated 5-7%)
- Can be safely harvested by any level player who purchases a visitor's permit from Sergeant Ultaka for 500 councils.
- While the visitor's permit is active, Rakshasa will not attack you. The permit lasts for 90 minutes.
