Originally, the purpose of the Knowledge of the Future page was to record a list of stuff the Developers previously suggested might someday be in the game. Since this page was created in 2015, many years of updates have been published and the list once found here became incomplete. The lists currently on this page should be read as a collection of ideas mentioned by the Developers, but not necessarily an accurate prediction of future content.
While no roadmaps exist for the game, the Developers occasionally release a Dev Blog that provides a summary of future plans. The latest post is Dev Blog: July 12, 2023.
Skills
Potential skills mentioned by the Developers in blogs, forum posts, interviews, and in-game include Dark Geology, Stone-Carving (or Statuary), Axes, Demonology, Vampirism, Baking, and duel-wielding.
Previous entries on this page which eventually found their way in-game included Weather Witching, Animal Husbandry, Genetics, and Autodidacticism.
Charged Pig
A skill planned as the first combat subskill (later Fairy Magic became the first such subskill) that was scrapped. Some of its planned abilities were included in the Warden kit.

Races
Both Orcs and Dwarves are planned as future playable advanced races.
Locations
- Statehelm - The capital city of the Council Lands and the hub for level 100 content.
- Vidaria - A region bordering Statehelm described as "an outdoor hunting zone filled with content for level 90-100 plus several new high-level dungeons."
- Sedgewick Forest - A region adjacent to both Serbule Hills and Eltibule. A preview image revealed it to be a dense forest zone with tree-covered hills. Lore suggests that inhabitants will be Goblins, Treants, and an isolated Elf colony. Likely a level 35-45 area.
- Unnamed Oceanic Region - A high-level ocean and island zone similar to Sun Vale. This zone is speculated to be planned as level 100+ content.
- The Crone Lands - The name for the country bordering The Council Lands, this country has long been described as a land "inspired by greek and roman mythology and architecture." Most believe end-game content will be found here.
- Serbule Brothel - On March 23 2015, Sandra Powers mentioned that a brothel will be included in the empty house behind Mushroom Jack's house in Serbule.
Mechanics
Housing and Guild Housing are speculated to be part of Statehelm based on past developer statements.
