[[Zhia Lian]] begins by tasking each adventurer with two quests. [[Halloween Zhia Lian Event: Candied Apples]] and [[Halloween Zhia Lian Event: Kill Skeletons]] are received by characters logged in during the event period. Completing a quest unlocks additional quests in a branching quest tree. Twelve quests reward a {{Item icon|Live Event Memorabilia|1}} [[Live Event Credit]] when completed, and most others reward [[Event Loot Key (Universal)|Event Loot Keys]] of various levels. A total of six [[titles]] can be unlocked through completing quests.

Adventurers that complete either [[Halloween Zhia Lian Event: Bat Out]] or [[Halloween Zhia Lian Event: Kill Pumpkin Mimics]] will be given permission to begin the quest [[Halloween Zhia Lian Event: Preparing For The Big Party]] by speaking to [[Brandon Mellus]]. Before work on that quest can begin, Brandon's quest [[Halloween Zhia Lian Event: Delivering The Beer]] must be completed. After finishing the beer delivery quest, Brandon will move from [[Amulna]] to the [[Red Wing Casino]] party room. Three quests must be completed to finish [[Halloween Zhia Lian Event: Preparing For The Big Party]].:*[[Halloween Zhia Lian Event: Soup Prep]]:*[[Halloween Zhia Lian Event: More Soup Prep]]:*[[Halloween Zhia Lian Event: Pumpkin Rolls]]Once [[Zhia Lian]] assigns [[Halloween Zhia Lian Event: The Unfortunate Cultists]], Brandon will offer four quests to help complete the task. Speaking with [[Brianna Willer]] will start the quest [[Halloween Zhia Lian Event: Brianna's Pumpkins]].===== The Bat in the Hat =====In the week leading up to [[Halloween 2021]], [[The Bat in the Hat]] appeared in the [[Serbule]] region, offering free transformations to and from [[Giant Bat]] form. A few days before the first Halloween Party of the year, [[The Bat in the Hat]] returned to the [[Red Wing Casino]]. Besides handing out the recipe for {{Item|Creepy Jack O' Lantern}}, it also offered two quests. [[Zhia Lian Event: A Hat From a Bat]] first, followed by [[Zhia Lian Event: A Better Hat From a Bat]].
