- Tavilak in the Red Wing Casino, 100 councils for a Bottle of Water.
- Floxie in the Fae Realm, 150 councils for a Bottle of Water.
- Kelim in the Ilmari Desert in Amulna, 100 councils for a Bottle of Water.
- Baroness Marith Felgard in Serbule Hills, 100 councils for a Bottle of Water.
