Ice Magic Overview
Ice Magic uses devastating attacks, combined with the randomness of weather and the freezing abilities of ice to create a deadly skill with medium-high power cost. Like other research based magics, Ice Magic abilities are learned through the sacrifice of ingredients to research spells.

Training Ice Magic
- Ice Magic is taught by Landri the Cold after completing a quest inside Kur Tower. To begin this quest, a Prodigy should look for a warning sign posted directly inside the dungeon. One must also have Level 25 Fire Magic or Level 25 Rabbit.
- Ichin the Ice Master can unlock Levels 51-70 Ice Magic, and teaches the associated recipes.
- Bendith the Banished will have Levels 71-80 frozen into your brain.
- Levels 81-90 may be unlocked by gaining favor with a mysterious entity deep beneath Povus.

If you complete Ice Magic Research Level 25, you will learn one of six abilities (Blizzard 2, Chill 2, Cryogenic Freeze, Ice Armor 3, Ice Lightning 3, Tundra Spikes 2). Complete Ice Magic Research Level 25 six times to learn all associated abilities.
- - Looted from various ice-themed creatures creatures, particularly elementals (Cold Elemental), frozen slimes (Ice Slick), and undead ice mages (Skeleton Ice Guard).
- - Harvested from the northern hills and shorefront of Kur Mountains. Requires level 37 Foraging.
- - Looted from Orcish Thaumaturge and similar spellcaster orc.
- - Obtained from bartering with The Sand Seer in Ilmari.
- - Collected from nodes in set points around Gazluk. Requires level 45 Mining.
- - Looted from Winter Court fairies in the Fae Realm, including Winter Court Scout and Winter Court Soldier.

Trivia
Up until the June 9, 2017 Update, first learning Fire Magic was the only path to unlock Ice Magic. That update "Changed the requirements for unlocking Ice Magic; it can now be completed with either the quest and Fire Magic 25, or the quest and [redacted new skill] 25." The special event that weekend was the first opportunity to obtain Bunny Juice and Un-Bunny Juice.
