• Baroness Marith Felgard in Serbule Hills, 100 councils for a Bottle of Water.
• Brianna Willer in Serbule Hills, 100 councils for a Bottle of Water.

• Drops rarely from Oddly Focused Rat located in Anagoge Records Facility.
• Drops rarely from Tigers in Serbule Hills.
• Drops rarely from Feral Cow located in Eltibule.

Area Loot

• Can be found on the ground in Anagoge Records Facility, near the edge of waters on Anagoge, and in deeper levels of the Goblin Dungeon.
• Can find Bottle of Brine on the ground in the Ranalon Den in Serbule Hills, and emptied/used to produce an Empty Bottle.

Trivia

• The "More info tab" reports that Gremix in the Ilmari Desert in Amulna sells Bottles of Water, but he has no 'Shop' tab.
