Winterprize is a rare gem, primarily used in the creation of Maximized Gems through the Geology skill.

At Like Family with the Sand Seer you may trade one for two Winterprize.

Gathering
Winterprize nodes may be mined with 15 Mining. One is required to extract one Winterprize. A node may be mined only once every 3 hours.
- Three nodes may be found in the Animal Nexus. (These share a timer with 3 of the nodes on the 2nd level of Winter Nexus)
- Twenty three nodes are located in the Winter Nexus.

None.
Other Ways to Obtain
Surveying
As with other white gems, Winterprize may be obtained as a speed bonus from surveys in Eltibule and the Kur Mountains.
