Serbule Crypt

• Infrequent drop from Misery Yaks.

Serbule Sewers

• Can be found on Baby Slimes. It seems to be an uncommon drop.

Eltibule Bovines

• Both the Feral Cow and the Feral Bull seem to have a higher chance to drop Sulfur than most other mobs. This chance is still around one out of fifteen mobs.

Myconian Cave

• Some mobs in the Myconian Cave will drop Sulfur, although it is a rare drop.

Brain Bug Cave

• Preserved Corpses may drop Sulfur.

Kur Tower

• The Striga Shaman in Kur Tower have a good chance to drop Sulfur, Fire Dust, or Saltpeter.
• The Preserved Corpse have low chance to drop Sulfur

Everything else

• Pretty much every wild animal in Serbule, Eltibule, and Kur Mountains has a low chance to drop Sulfur.

Snow oxen in gazluk have a 1-in-21 chance of dropping sulfur. It's the best drop I see in a quick glance. (But it's quite complicated to calculate the exact percentage, so there may be better)

They are in the "misc junk" loot table for a lot of monsters -- most level 40 monsters have a small chance to deep sulfur. It's hard to farm for specifically but should build up naturally as you massacre monsters
