“Digging crystals out of the ground, and knowing what they do
Geology Overview
Geology allows the collection of gems which are used for crafting and the teleportation skill. In order to raise this skill a player must first obtain the associated Surveying skill from Jaime Fatholm, and use a Crystal Survey.
A mineral survey of a given tier leads to a gem from that tier. Some gems are less common than others, for example Obsidians are not as common when making Blue Mineral Surveys.
Blue Crystal Surveys leading to Amethysts are quite popular due to their use in Teleportation.
Gems are used in various crafting recipes to create Enchanted equipment. They're placed into the Primary Crystal and Secondary Crystal slots.
In-Game Description
Digging crystals out of the ground, and knowing what they do.
Training Geology
